Thank you so much for making one of my requests.
First some general information, if you would find it useful: For these fandoms, I'm pretty into smut, and those sorts of things, but I would rather read Porn with Plot, than without it. I am really not good with MCD, I would not like any sort of vore content. I do enjoy a bit of whump, especially with my female characters (in particular, Vex from the Legend of Vox Machina and Alex Stern).
I am not interested in genderswap. Feel free to extend the orientation of any character in heterosexual relationship in a queer direction but not the other way around. I like my straight characters bisexual but not my gay characters bisexual.
Fandom Specific Things:
Alex Stern - Leigh Bardugo: I fell in love with the world, and the atmosphere of Ninth House, and I've listened to the audiobook so many times now. The mood and the yearning in the text are some of my favorite things in this fandom. I would very much enjoy some... Darlington/Alex will-they, won't-they or the early moments of them not realizing they are so deeply into each other. Yearning/Longing/Desire. Those are the things I enjoy in this. And the fact she drives him sorta mad.
Spinning Silver - Naomi Novik: One of the main appeals of Spinning Silver for me, is the nuanced and interesting portrayal and relevance of Miryem's Jewishness to the story, and the plot. Her existence in the world is very much informed by her Jewishness, and I would love to read a story that focuses or at least portrays that, in her relationship with the Staryk King, or with Irina and Mirnatius. Because a Jewish girl, being friends with the Tsar's wife and being able to advocate somewhat for her people could be very interesting.
House of the Dragon: ah, House of the Dragon. I wasn't exepecting to like this show, or this ship as much as I did, but yet, here I am now. I've become, since the first episode, quite obsessed with Daemon and Rhaenyra's relationship, the complexity and toxicity of it, the taboo, of course, the mess of betrayal and desire and anger that seeps into that ship. I would really enjoy some Daemon x Rhaenyra, I like Modern AUs for this ship, explorations of young adult Rhaenyra and Daemon's relationship when he comes back after years of absence and living her behind, the mix of betrayal into the tension they already feel.
The Legend of Vox Machina: I come from Critical Role originally, so this is a fandom I truly deeply enjoy. I love Percahlia, Vaxleth and (Vax/Gilmore/Keyleth because Vax has two hands ;)) and I don't enjoy any other ship involving these guys (except for whumpy Vax/Briarwoods). I would really enjoy some character exploration of Vex and her upbringing, or a look into the dark and fucked up mind space where both Percy and Orthax cohabitated.
